I lost my bike just 3 months after buying it — so I built Kei. A motorcycle tracking system using MQTT protocol to communicate with a GPS device in real time. Tracks location history, provides live position updates, and can remotely cut the engine via a relay switch. Built the mobile app, the MQTT broker integration, and the relay control circuit logic myself.

My first real startup project. Digitalizing grocery shopping — users select a menu or recipe, and the ingredients arrive at their door by morning. I led the software development across a team of 7 with various roles, owning the architecture and full-stack implementation.
